Implementation Specialist - POS

Location: Las Vegas, NV; Alpharetta, GA; Remote - US. The role requires extensive travel of up to 90%, including domestic and international travel.

Salary: $55,000–$65,000 USD per year; non-exempt hourly role.

What you will do

• Support onsite implementation of hospitality software and hardware, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Partner with Project Managers and Project Leads to translate customer requirements into effective system configurations.
• Assess site readiness, coordinate integrations, track risks, and support project documentation and mitigation activities.
• Develop training materials and train end users on implemented systems.
• Provide onsite and remote go-live support, troubleshoot operational issues, and document outcomes for transition to Customer Care.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to improve implementation processes and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in hospitality, technology, or IT.
• 2–3 years of experience implementing, installing, configuring, or supporting hospitality technology solutions.
• Direct POS implementation experience and knowledge of POS, PMS, inventory, procurement, payment processing, or related operational systems.
• Experience in hospitality environments such as casinos, hotels, resorts, restaurants, corporate dining, healthcare dining, cruise lines, or entertainment venues.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and travel documentation required; willingness to travel up to 90%. The role is not eligible for sponsorship and requires completion of applicable license, background, and security checks.
