Senior IT Project Specialist (AI)

Location: United States; U.S. citizenship is required due to classified defense work and facility access.

Salary: USD $90,000–$94,500 per year.

What you will do

• Coordinate onboarding programs, program expansions, stakeholder relationships, and assigned IT projects.
• Track project progress, priorities, dependencies, risks, blockers, milestones, and action items.
• Maintain Jira boards, project schedules, status reports, documentation, and meeting records.
• Prepare agendas, stakeholder communications, project updates, presentations, and project plans.
• Coordinate with system administrators, project teams, and stakeholders to resolve routine issues.
• Document procedures, templates, lessons learned, and repeatable project-management practices.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required for access to classified information and work performed at company facilities.
• Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at the time of hire; selected applicants must complete a U.S. Government security investigation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or a technical discipline, plus at least two years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree.
• SkillBridge eligibility, including active-duty service, separation or retirement within 12 months, honorable discharge eligibility, TAPS/TGPS participation, ethics briefing, and command authorization.
• Knowledge of Lean-Agile principles and practices, including DevSecOps, Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with strong communication, stakeholder-management, planning, risk-management, and project-finance skills.
