Location: Fully remote or hybrid based in Mexico City, Mexico

What you will do
- Route internal creative jobs through the full project lifecycle and maintain ownership of workflows.
- Manage project tools and documentation, including Asana, Google Drive, status documents, and trackers.
- Keep communication, documentation, and project updates visible across Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, and Production teams.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, capture notes, consolidate feedback, and facilitate cross-functional communication.
- Identify potential problems early, develop solutions, and oversee projects as their scope grows.
- Manage designer and editor schedules, support new-business pitches, and gradually take ownership of client accounts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience, preferably from a creative or marketing coordination background.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Familiarity with Asana and Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Resumes must be submitted in English.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of creative development, production, and marketing.
- Additional familiarity with Asana.
