Senior Associate GDCM Messaging Implementation

Location: Virtual/remote within the United States; based in Memphis, Tennessee, with travel of up to 30% and occasional short-notice travel. Some on-site hotel installations may be required.

Salary: $67,500–$95,000 per year, plus eligibility for the hirify.global Annual Incentive Bonus Plan.

What you will do

• Supervise Associates implementing and deploying messaging solutions across hirify.global's hotel portfolio.
• Coordinate deployment schedules, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and project trackers.
• Deliver training and change management activities to support adoption and minimize operational disruption.
• Facilitate project meetings, presentations, workshops, and conference sessions.
• Coordinate with third-party partners, Product Management, Support, and other technical and business stakeholders.
• Oversee on-site hotel installations and onboard new messaging program integrators when needed.

Requirements

• At least five years of professional experience in Technology or a related field, including at least three years in Technology, project coordination, software implementation, or a related area.
• At least two years of hospitality operations experience and experience combining hospitality operational and technology roles.
• At least two years coordinating software, system, or technology implementations, deployments, upgrades, or migrations.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and communicating schedules, risks, timelines, and outcomes to business and technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of an associate degree plus six years of technology experience or a high school diploma/GED plus twelve years of technology experience.
• Ability to work remotely within the United States, travel up to 30%, and maintain a flexible schedule supporting projects outside North America.
