TL;DR
Learning Business Partner (AI) (Learning & Development): Localising and delivering global leadership, onboarding, AI-fluency, and capability-building programmes for BlackLine’s EMEA audiences with an accent on facilitation, stakeholder partnership, and cross-cultural programme delivery. Focus on adapting centrally designed curricula, driving learning platform adoption, modelling AI-first ways of working, and reporting regional outcomes against enterprise metrics.
Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid office attendance of at least 3 days per week for candidates within a reasonable commute. Travel up to 20% within the UK and internationally is required.

What you will do
- Act as the primary L&D contact for EMEA business leaders, the EMEA GM and Leadership Council, HR Business Partners, and the central Talent Development organisation.
- Localise and deliver centrally designed leadership, manager development, onboarding, AI-fluency, and capability-building programmes across EMEA.
- Lead regional onboarding, leadership development, workshops, certification programmes, and AI-enablement sessions.
- Use AI tools in programme localisation, facilitation preparation, stakeholder communication, and reporting.
- Drive regional adoption of learning platforms including Workday Learning and Udemy.
- Track EMEA learning outcomes, coordinate regional delivery logistics, and surface insights and localisation gaps to the central hub.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Education, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or as an HR/Learning Business Partner.
- Experience supporting regional or international teams in a global, matrixed organisation.
- Experience localising and delivering learning or leadership programmes created by a central or global team.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, written communication, stakeholder consulting, and influencing skills.
- Working knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design fundamentals, HR technology, modern learning platforms, and AI-enabled tools.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree.
- Experience with Workday, Peakon, Udemy, and Claude or comparable AI tools.
- Experience coordinating external facilitators and training vendors.
