Lead People Business Partner (AI)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with business objectives, growth, performance, and scalability.
• Coach leaders on organizational design, team effectiveness, and leadership development.
• Lead workforce planning and People initiatives across multiple countries.
• Drive talent, performance, engagement, retention, and feedback-culture programs.
• Support organizational transformation, employee relations, and the development of company culture and values.
• Lead a team of People Business Partners and improve global People programs using data and insights.

Requirements

• 8+ years of HR Business Partnering experience.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in global, fast-paced, and multi-country environments.
• Strong knowledge of organizational development, talent management, and employee relations.
• Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, influencing, coaching, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Strategic and hands-on approach, with adaptability, resilience, cultural awareness, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Experience leading a team.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, cloud, AI, or technology businesses.
• Experience in scale-up or high-growth environments.
• Knowledge of EMEA, APAC, and/or US employment practices.
