Senior Software Engineer I (MES)

Location: Onsite at hirify.global's site in Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States

What you will do

• Develop full-stack software for the in-house Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
• Build tools integrating with the ERP system and related products through relational databases and REST APIs.
• Apply automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, code reviews, Agile practices, Git, and documentation.
• Provide user support and integrate software with technical systems outside the immediate area of responsibility.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Technicians, and Operations to solve complex engineering challenges.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or another technical discipline.
• 5+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in C# and TypeScript.
• Operational knowledge of Angular or another frontend framework, .NET or another backend framework, Git, SQL, and HTML/CSS.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and version-control skills.
• For work in U.S. offices, eligibility under U.S. Government ITAR export regulations is required or must be obtainable.

Nice to have

• RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes, or Elasticsearch.
• Experience with aerospace domains such as Launch Operations, ERP, QMS, or PLM.
