Senior Full Stack Developer (C#/.NET/React)

Location: Carlsbad, California, United States; full-time, in-office position

Salary: $125,000–$150,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Define objectives and key results and translate them into technical roadmaps.
• Plan features and initiatives with Production.
• Align systems architecture with Performance Capture, Animation, R&D, and Tech Art teams.
• Contribute to websites, REST APIs, and databases for performance capture and production workflows.
• Mentor developers and help solve complex development challenges.
• Monitor and optimize application and database performance while ensuring reliable, maintainable systems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional web development experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience with C#, .NET, and SQL for scalable systems.
• 5+ years of professional experience with React, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Experience writing and consuming REST APIs.
• Established mentoring skills and a track record of developing strong team members.
• Familiarity with Agile practices and version control systems such as GitHub.

Nice to have

• Experience with Next.js, Python, or Kafka.
• Familiarity with TeamCity, Jenkins, MongoDB, or the Elastic Stack.
• Experience writing unit tests, improving legacy code, and using API testing tools such as Postman or Bruno.
• Experience or knowledge of motion capture or film production.
