What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy a full-stack MRP system for tracking inventory, work orders, and serialized parts.
• Collaborate directly with manufacturing technicians and quality inspectors to translate messy physical processes into software.
• Develop operator-focused interfaces optimized for tablets, barcode scanners, and shop-floor environments.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability and strict audit trails compliant with aerospace regulations (AS9100).
• Own the full software lifecycle from conceptual design through production and long-term maintenance.
• Aggressively use AI tools like Claude Code to accelerate implementation, debugging, and refactoring.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong fundamentals in system design, data structures, architecture, and SQL data modeling.
• Experience building and operating scalable backend systems.
• Proficiency with cloud infrastructure and modern DevOps practices.
• Ability to work onsite in Denver, Colorado.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with ClickHouse, AWS, Terraform, and Docker.
• Experience in highly regulated industries (e.g., aerospace, medical).
