Business Systems Manager (HR/Finance)

Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)

Salary: $140,000 - $276,000 annually

What you will do

• Own HR and finance systems of record end-to-end, including Rippling, Deel, and NetSuite.
• Partner with HR and Finance teams to ensure platform integrity, controls, and data accuracy.
• Define data contracts and requirements to integrate fragmented systems into a single source of truth.
• Lead HR and finance work streams for system migrations, with a focus on NetSuite.
• Manage controls, compliance, and reporting, including segregation of duties and GDPR/PIPL awareness.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business systems or enterprise applications.
• Deep hands-on experience with NetSuite and/or Rippling implementation and administration.
• Proven track record of turning fragmented systems into a governed single source of truth.
• Strong understanding of finance and HR processes, data migration, and clean-up.
• Fluency in controls and compliance, including audit and data privacy regulations.
• Ability to operate effectively across global entities and time zones.
