Panel Systems Manager (AI/CRM)

Base compensation: $100,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Administer, configure, and optimize the CRM platform and panel management systems.
• Design and maintain workflows and automations covering recruitment, onboarding, engagement, retention, support, and offboarding.
• Develop AI-powered workflows and intelligent automations to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
• Translate operational requirements into scalable system solutions in partnership with Operations, Engineering, Product, and Support.
• Manage CRM, database, and third-party integrations through APIs and automation tools.
• Monitor system performance and data quality, troubleshoot failures, and drive continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in CRM administration, systems management, operations technology, or related technical operations.
• Hands-on experience administering CRM platforms and building workflow automations.
• Experience designing scalable operational processes and lifecycle automations.
• Experience with APIs, system integrations, or low-code/no-code automation platforms.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently.
