What you will do

• Conduct high-volume phone and video interviews and evaluate candidates’ skills and potential.
• Create a welcoming and transparent experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers and the Talent Acquisition team to clarify requirements and share candidate insights.
• Keep recruitment pipelines moving efficiently.
• Proactively source passive top talent through diverse sourcing strategies.

Requirements

• Passion for behavioral interviewing and effective talent evaluation in a high-volume environment.
• High empathy and commitment to delivering a strong candidate experience.
• Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Proactive and self-motivated approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.

Nice to have

• 1–2 years of hands-on recruitment experience in an agency or in-house environment.
• Experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
