What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and execute creative, targeted recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through social media, job boards, and internal databases.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate the interview process from start to finish.
• Partner with department heads to understand role requirements and support hiring decisions.
• Build candidate relationships and maintain regular follow-up throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience managing dynamic, high-volume hiring processes.
• Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a proactive, initiative-driven approach.

• Experience working in a startup environment.
