What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and implement candidate outreach strategies.
• Build talent pools for key technology positions and maintain innovative sourcing channels.
• Develop recruitment campaigns and employer-brand initiatives for internal and external audiences.
• Improve and facilitate effective hiring processes with hiring managers.
• Analyze and visualize recruitment data.

Requirements

• Three years of recruiting experience for technology positions, including at least two years in a high-tech company.
• Proven sourcing experience and strong sourcing skills.
• Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• People-oriented, curious, thoughtful, collaborative approach.
• High level of English required.
• Practical ability to use AI for sourcing, outreach, research, and workflow automation.
