Global Marketing Alliances Manager (AI)

Location: Vancouver, Washington, United States of America

Salary: $130,700–$205,200 USD annually, plus potential bonus and/or equity for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Develop partner marketing strategy, positioning, messaging, and initiatives for key technology alliances.
• Create clear value propositions, narratives, and marketing assets for globally aligned initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, commercial, and go-to-market teams to define differentiated partner strategies.
• Identify and prove partnership concepts that expand opportunities and create mutual business value.
• Support efficient execution, budget management, revenue generation, and sales growth.
• Build internal alignment and enthusiasm for alliance marketing initiatives across a matrixed organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in B2C and B2B marketing roles.
• Experience or strong curiosity in artificial intelligence and its applications for people.
• Expertise in value proposition development, campaign creation, and execution.
• Experience working with go-to-market teams to design and deliver impactful initiatives.
• Strong storytelling, analytical, communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and effectively in an ambiguous, global, matrixed environment.
