Company

hirify.global is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing programmable mRNA therapeutics through its Signal Stack platform, with an initial focus on oncology and autoimmune disease.

What you will do

  • Design and execute in vitro immunological and cellular assays to characterize and optimize engineered primary cells.
  • Develop ex vivo sample-processing protocols and perform multiparameter spectral flow cytometry using Cytek Aurora.
  • Isolate, culture, manipulate, and transfect primary immune cells with mRNA-encoded therapeutics.
  • Design immune-cell assays to assess drug-candidate efficacy and potential toxicity.
  • Apply cell-based and molecular-biology assays to evaluate research-material quality.
  • Capture, analyze, and summarize data in electronic laboratory notebooks, databases, study reports, and cross-functional meetings.

Requirements

  • B.S. or M.S. in biological sciences, bioengineering, or a related discipline, with at least 2–3+ years of relevant cell-biology or immunology experience.
  • 3–5+ years of experience with flow-cytometry analysis, cell culture, and in vitro experimentation with mammalian cell lines.
  • Theoretical and practical flow-cytometry expertise, including designing and executing panels with more than 12 colors.
  • Experience working with whole blood, PBMCs, cell lines, and single-cell suspensions from tissue samples.
  • Ability to write, edit, and follow SOPs; maintain complete laboratory records; and communicate results in cross-functional meetings.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, GraphPad Prism, FlowJo, and ELN/LIMS.

Nice to have

  • mRNA transfection using LNPs or electroporation, including transfection and transduction of primary cells.
  • In vitro or ex vivo cytotoxicity assays, proliferation assays, ELISA/MSD, plasmid cloning, RNA handling, and IVT.
  • Experience with gene or base editors.
  • Familiarity with Hamilton liquid handlers or AssistPlus lab-automation systems.

Culture & Benefits

  • Fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team-focused small-company environment.
  • Health, dental, and life insurance.
  • Open PTO, onsite lunch catering, and commuter support.
  • Work/life flexibility, professional-development support, bonus, and equity incentives.
  • High-integrity environment with strict compliance standards.
