Sr. HR Business Partner

What you will do

• Partner with leaders to shape workforce plans and attract, hire, and develop talent aligned with business needs.
• Lead compensation and reward processes to support retention and fair pay.
• Facilitate performance calibration, support underperformance management, and identify emerging talent.
• Deliver leadership development programs and build talent pipelines.
• Advise leaders on employee relations, HR practices, labor law compliance, and ad hoc HR initiatives.
• Guide organizational development and lead change initiatives that enhance performance and culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner or client-facing HR advisor.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, talent management, compensation, and organizational development.
• Experience handling employee relations cases and understanding local labor and employment legislation.
• Strong business acumen, interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to influence leaders.
• Ability to analyze and report HR data, turn insights into actions, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in a multinational company or technology-driven industry.
• Familiarity with leadership development programs and talent pipeline building.
• Project management experience leading cross-functional HR initiatives.
