Senior HR Business Partner

What you will do

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives in partnership with senior leaders.
• Guide organizational design, change management, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Drive leadership development and talent management programs.
• Support global employee relations and promote an inclusive, high-performance culture.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HR Analytics.
• Use HR metrics and workforce insights to support business decisions and maintain consistency across regional HR practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner experience.
• Experience supporting global or multi-region organizations in a matrixed, multinational environment.
• Strong organizational design, change management, relationship-building, and executive communication skills.
• Knowledge of international labor laws, cross-cultural business practices, global mobility, and workforce planning is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing, is required.
