Finance Manager, Accounting & FP&A (AI)

What you will do

• Oversee accounting operations, monthly close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Manage external audits, tax advisors, and timely tax filings.
• Own the operating model, budgeting, reforecasting, and monthly performance reporting.
• Support board and investor reporting in partnership with the CFO.
• Build and mentor the accounting and finance teams as the company scales.
• Take ownership of emerging operational and finance work in a lean startup environment.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience across accounting and FP&A.
• Startup or technology company experience, including building processes from the ground up.
• Strong command of US GAAP, close mechanics, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Hands-on experience with an ERP such as NetSuite or QuickBooks and related finance systems.
• Advanced Excel or Sheets skills and strong financial modeling ability.
• Clear written communication, independent execution, integrity, and discretion with sensitive information.

Nice to have

• Semiconductor, hardware, or deep-tech experience.
• CPA or CFA qualification.
• Big Four audit background.
• Experience supporting Series A, B, or C reporting requirements.
• Experience establishing a first audit or tax filing and automating finance workflows.
