Finance Associate (AI)

Location: Must be based in San Francisco (In-person role)

Salary: $80,000 – $135,000

What you will do

• Support compensation plans and commission structures.
• Build and maintain financial reporting dashboards.
• Analyze bookings and revenue trends to provide actionable insights.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and improving internal financial systems.
• Partner with accounting, sales, and operations teams to ensure data accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong financial foundation with proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Highly self-directed with the ability to work in low-context, ambiguous environments.
• Strong problem-solving instincts and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of experience in Investment Banking (Tech focus), high-growth startups, or equivalent.
• Experience with accounting, FP&A, and revenue recognition.
• Exposure to M&A or strategic financial projects.
