  • Experience in R&D product development involving cutting-edge technologies.
  • Strong mechanical design and integration skills using 3D CAD tools, preferably SolidWorks.
  • Strong understanding of Design for Manufacturing principles and the ability to collaborate across disciplines.
  • Affinity for hands-on outdoor work supporting robotic applications and feasibility testing.

Nice to have

  • Mechanical design experience with industrial robotic systems and serial robotic arms.
  • Knowledge of systems engineering, including requirements development, verification, integration, qualification, and release.
  • Experience integrating electrical and controls engineering into robotic systems.
  • Experience with SolidWorks PDM, structural FEA, and CFD using ANSYS or similar tools.

Culture & Benefits

  • Hands-on work in laboratories and outdoor environments with exposure to fumes, odors, noise, and changing outdoor conditions.
  • Physical handling of supplies or materials weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance may be required.
  • Work in an inclusive, diverse, and discrimination-free environment.
  • Employment decisions are based on merit, competence, and qualifications.
