Part-Time or Full-Time Clinical Psychologists (Pediatric Mental Health)

Location: On-site in New York, New York; some diagnostic evaluations and feedback sessions may be virtual when clinically appropriate and preferred by the family.

Salary: $125,000–$150,000 annual salary for a full-time schedule of approximately 30–40 hours per week. Compensation depends on licensure, experience, and internal equity.

What you will do

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations for youth up to age 18 to support evidence-based care.
• Perform psychological testing for learning disorders, executive functioning needs, and autism spectrum disorders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in peer consultation.
• Contribute to community engagement, professional development, and growth of the testing service line.

Requirements

• Unrestricted doctoral-level license to practice in New York State.
• Extensive experience administering and interpreting a variety of psychological tests.
• Ability to critically select assessment batteries and use digital test administration when available.
• Training in ADOS-2, questionnaire interpretation, and ASD-focused interviews.
• Strong knowledge of current clinical research and commitment to ethical standards of care.
• Experience providing in-person testing and interest in working in a startup environment.
