Child and Adolescent Therapist Intake & Therapy (Pediatric Mental Health)

Location: Remote role for independently licensed Virginia clinicians; position listed in Sterling, Virginia

Salary: $50,000–$100,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Conduct individual telehealth intake evaluations for youth ages 2–26 using evidence-based assessment practices.
• Provide ongoing individual evidence-based therapy and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Build therapeutic relationships with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families while explaining available treatment approaches.
• Develop individualized care plans and coordinate integrated treatment with clinicians, medical providers, families, and outside specialists.
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation and patient records.
• Participate in optional weekly clinical consultations and support family involvement throughout the care journey.

Requirements

• Independent Virginia licensure as an LCPC, LCMFT, LCSW-C, PsyD, or PhD.
• At least one year of experience working with children and adolescents.
• At least one year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting.
• Experience with evidence-based assessment and psychotherapy across developmental stages and neurodiverse populations.
• Comfort using Google Suite, electronic medical records, and virtual care platforms.
