Diagnostic Evaluator - PsyD - Contract/1099

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; hybrid schedule with onsite work at the assigned clinic at least one day per week. At least 12 hours per week must be scheduled after 4:00pm ET on weekdays or during weekends.

Salary: $110 per hour; hourly 1099 contract role.

What you will do

• Conduct neurodevelopmental and autism evaluations using tools such as ADOS-2, ASRS, and CARS.
• Analyze assessment data and prepare clear diagnostic conclusions, reports, recommendations, and timely progress notes.
• Provide compassionate feedback to clients and families and communicate findings to interdisciplinary care teams.
• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy and conduct biopsychosocial and diagnostic assessments for therapy clients.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans while monitoring patient progress and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Coordinate integrated care with psychiatric nurse practitioners, executive function coaches, speech therapists, families, caregivers, and outside providers.

Requirements

• Independently licensed PsyD in Pennsylvania.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
• Strong clinical writing and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary care model.
• Comfort managing complex schedules and balancing diagnostic and psychotherapy responsibilities.
• Availability for at least 12 after-school hours per week, including weekday hours after 4:00pm ET or weekends, and onsite work at least one day per week.

Nice to have

• Experience conducting neurodevelopmental or autism diagnostic evaluations.
• Familiarity with standardized diagnostic tools such as ADOS-2, ASRS, or CARS.
• Experience in integrated or team-based care environments.
