Lead Child and Adolescent Therapist

Location: Sterling, Virginia, United States; hybrid work with minimum clinical hours onsite and remaining hours remote

Salary: $95,000–$115,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Serve as a founding clinical leader for the Sterling clinic and help establish its clinical culture.
• Provide individual, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults aged 2–26.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Collaborate with PMHNPs, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other specialty providers.
• Partner with families, caregivers, and outside specialists to support comprehensive care.
• Maintain timely and thorough clinical documentation and patient records.

Requirements

• Independent Virginia licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• At least two years of direct-care individual therapy experience with children and adolescents.
• Experience providing telehealth or virtual therapy sessions.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including after 3 p.m. Eastern Time on weekdays and/or weekends.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, documentation, and technical skills.
• Interest in helping launch a new market and building clinical structure and culture.
