Client Experience Associate (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage relationships with assigned advisors and clients.
• Support daily business and client-service operations for advisors and existing clients.
• Coordinate operational follow-up actions for client requests.
• Liaise with custodians to process and confirm account opening, ACATs, transfers, and account maintenance requests.
• Identify and escalate operational issues to the product team to inform the roadmap.
• Build effective relationships with advisors, custodians, and third-party vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
• Strong interest in client service, relationship management, and operational support.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with wealth management operations such as onboarding, ACATs, and distributions.
• Knowledge of custodians including Charles Schwab, Fidelity, and Pershing.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the financial industry.
• Experience improving operational efficiencies.
