Client Service Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Remote - Nationwide within the United States. Reliable high-speed wired internet and a suitable home workspace are required; office work may be required if the home setup does not meet requirements.

Base salary: $55,300–$76,075 per year, with potential bonus participation.

What you will do

• Partner with the iCapital subject matter expert to process enrollments by monthly deadlines.
• Handle cash management and ACAT, wire, and ACH transfers.
• Explain complex money movement processes to investment clients through phone, email, and text.
• Complete service requests within stated SLAs while meeting productivity and quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and broker-dealer custodians on transaction processing and operational inquiries.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of financial services operations experience preferred.
• Current knowledge of investment products and services, including ACAT and IRA distributions.
• Experience with web-based investment service delivery and paperless, branchless, cloud-based service models.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
• Employment visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT sponsorship, is not available.
