Product Engineer (AI)

Location: Munich, Germany; hybrid

Salary: €90,000–€120,000 per year

hirify.global is building an AI platform for real estate, helping customers improve investment and construction decisions through more measurable, digitized processes.

What you will do

• Own customer-facing features end to end, from discovery and implementation through rollout and metric tracking.
• Build product functionality with TypeScript on the frontend and Python/Django on the backend.
• Develop financial management AI products covering dashboards, reporting, appraisals, and planning.
• Prototype early, ship in small iterations, and collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate trade-offs involving time, cost, user experience, and quality.

Requirements

• 4–10+ years of experience building product software, preferably with TypeScript and Python.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end features with visible product impact, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Ability to debug, refactor, and review code in a large existing codebase.
• Regular use of AI coding tools, with the ability to distinguish verified results from tool output.
• Fluent German and English.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping LLM or agent features, including prompts, evaluations, tool use, and model selection for cost and latency.
