Fullstack Engineer - AI Systems

What you will do

• Build end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and AI integrations.
• Design and deploy agent workflows for planning, tool use, multi-step execution, failure handling, and recovery.
• Integrate LLMs, memory, RAG systems, and external tools into reliable production systems.
• Build real-time AI interactions with streaming, partial results, and low-latency responses.
• Improve reliability, observability, fallback mechanisms, monitoring, and workflow success rates.
• Collaborate with ML, backend, and product teams to ship and iterate on AI-native features.

Requirements

• Strong fullstack engineering experience across frontend and backend development.
• Solid understanding of system design and API architecture.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG systems, or AI-powered applications.
• Ability to make pragmatic engineering decisions in ambiguous and fast-moving environments.
• Strong ownership of features from concept through production.
• Experience or familiarity with Next.js, Python, Node, PyTorch, SQL and NoSQL databases, Kubernetes, and Docker.
