Software Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design and implement agent-based architectures and workflows.
• Build and scale high-performance cloud SaaS systems across backend and frontend.
• Translate product and customer requirements into production-ready technical solutions.
• Own initiatives end-to-end, from architecture through deployment.
• Interact with customers to clarify needs and support successful delivery.
• Improve code quality and engineering standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in cloud SaaS applications, or a recent Master's graduate with hands-on development experience through internships, working student positions, or personal projects.
• Strong expertise in Python, TypeScript, Java, or similar programming languages.
• Experience with end-to-end system design and production-ready implementation.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and take ownership of critical technical decisions.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site from the Munich office.
