Senior Internal Communications Specialist (Cloud Banking)

Salary: $72,300–$119,300 per year

What you will do

• Plan, develop content for, and coordinate company-wide events, including quarterly Town Halls and the annual CKO event.
• Develop communication strategies and employee-facing stories that connect organizational initiatives with broader business objectives.
• Create and distribute content through the intranet, Slack, digital signage, television screens, and email.
• Prepare C-suite messages, leadership presentations, and executive thought-leadership content.
• Lead stakeholder analysis, targeted messaging, and complex cross-departmental communication projects.
• Oversee intranet governance, support crisis communications, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree and at least 5 years of related professional experience.
• Proven experience developing communication strategies and campaigns with employee-facing storytelling.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style across audiences and channels.
• Experience independently managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and large-scale internal events.
• Advanced proficiency in communication measurement and analytics.

Nice to have

• Experience in publicly traded companies or highly regulated industries.
• APR, ABC, or similar professional certification.
• Experience with digital communication platforms, emerging communication technologies, change management, organizational transformation, crisis communications, or issues management.
