Compensation: $98,500 - $172,700 USD

What you will do

• Develop and execute communication strategies that support business priorities and strengthen brand reputation.
• Partner with senior leaders to create thought leadership assets, including presentations and articles.
• Manage internal communications to support organizational change and employee engagement.
• Ensure consistent messaging across all channels in alignment with global brand standards.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve content development and workflow efficiency.
• Monitor performance metrics to refine communication strategies and demonstrate impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or brand management.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Ability to travel up to 20% domestically with occasional international travel.
• Must be able to work onsite in Minneapolis, MN.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology, software, or professional services industries.
• Familiarity with tax, accounting, audit, or financial services.
• Experience with social listening and media intelligence platforms like Meltwater or Brandwatch.
