What you will do

• Develop and implement a company-wide internal communication framework with communication formats, editorial planning, and clear responsibilities.
• Partner with senior leadership on key messages across all-hands meetings, written updates, and ad-hoc communications.
• Enable managers to communicate complex topics clearly and make them actionable for their teams.
• Structure narratives and communication for transformation initiatives to create organizational alignment.
• Establish dialogue and feedback formats, capture employee sentiment, and reflect feedback in decision-making.

Requirements

• Degree in communications, business, social sciences, media, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience in communication-critical roles involving projects, transformation, programs, stakeholder management, consulting, or cross-functional work.
• Ability to manage complex environments with diverse stakeholders and drive alignment through structured communication.
• Strong ability to structure, simplify, and communicate complex topics for different audiences and channels.
• Experience advising and influencing senior stakeholders, including constructively challenging perspectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English are required.
