What you will do
- Drive proactive media relations, thought leadership, and storytelling to reinforce hirify.global’s leadership in private markets.
- Develop and execute strategic communications programs to enhance hirify.global’s visibility and leadership among high-growth private companies.
- Shape narratives articulating hirify.global’s role in the private-to-public journey and capital formation.
- Engage directly with private company executives, founders, investors, and advisors through various channels.
- Partner with the Listings business on IPO pitches and long-cycle relationship building across the private market.
- Coach internal partners on how to tell the hirify.global story confidently and consistently.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
- 12–15+ years of experience in corporate communications, ideally with high-growth tech or capital markets clients, or in-house at a high-growth private company.
- Exceptional communications skills, including writing, narrative development, media relations, and executive-level storytelling.
- Deep experience and established connectivity across the private market ecosystem.
- Strong commercial mindset with proven experience supporting client pitches and growth initiatives.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in New York City, USA.

- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MA in Communications).
- Demonstrated fluency in the private company lifecycle, capital formation, and market dynamics.
- Proven ability to lead through influence in matrixed, regulated environments.
