Maintenance Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Palmyra, Pennsylvania, United States; must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Salary: $100,000–$135,000 per year, plus an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Plan, estimate, schedule, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for plant equipment, machinery, and service systems.
• Establish routine maintenance schedules, coordinate machine downtime, and align maintenance activities with production.
• Supervise mechanical, electrical, and maintenance staff and provide direct oversight of daily work.
• Manage parts and supply inventory, maintenance budgets, and cost-control activities.
• Recommend capital improvements and assist with the design and installation of new equipment.
• Ensure the maintenance crew can troubleshoot corrugator equipment and complete mechanical and electrical repairs safely.

Requirements

• Associate degree or completed certification in production maintenance.
• At least 5 years of experience in equipment and electrical maintenance.
• Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance, corrugated and packaging equipment, and manufacturing systems.
• Strong analytical, mechanical, and mathematical skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, prioritize assignments, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Previous supervisory experience in coaching, training, team building, performance development, and conflict resolution.
• Experience with manufacturing safety practices.
