Asset Integrity Lead

What you will do

• Manage the site Mechanical Integrity Program for the anesthesia manufacturing plant.
• Develop and implement asset reliability strategies and provide technical guidance to Maintenance.
• Perform root cause analysis, FMEA, equipment data collection, and problem-solving for site assets.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable pressure vessel regulations.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance job plans and maintain accurate MRO inventory.
• Support maintenance and capital budget preparation, cost forecasts, reliability KPIs, and maintenance cost-reduction initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Eight to ten years of professional experience.
• Experience with mechanical integrity, reliability, maintenance, or manufacturing operations.
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis and FMEA for industrial assets.
