Asset Integrity Lead (Manufacturing)

Location: Guayama, Puerto Rico; onsite manufacturing role

What you will do

• Manage the Mechanical Integrity Program for the anesthesia manufacturing site.
• Develop reliability strategies and provide technical guidance to site Maintenance.
• Identify and manage asset reliability risks that could affect plant or business operations.
• Perform root cause analysis, FMEA, equipment data collection, and problem-solving exercises.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance job plans and program enhancements.
• Support maintenance and capital budget preparation, cost forecasting, and reliability-driven cost reduction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Eight to ten years of professional experience.
• Experience with mechanical integrity, asset reliability, maintenance strategies, and manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of OSHA and EPA Mechanical Integrity Program requirements and pressure vessel regulations.
• Ability to support reliability KPIs, engineering standards, and World Class Maintenance practices.
