Senior Recruiter (Autonomous Vehicles)

What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment lifecycle for hardware and software engineering teams.
• Partner with engineering leaders to define technical role scopes, hiring milestones, and sourcing strategies.
• Build and manage specialized technical talent pipelines, tracking recruitment metrics and offer acceptance rates.
• Coordinate technical interview panels, calibration meetings, assessments, and cross-functional communication.
• Implement and optimize ATS and technical screening tools to improve sourcing efficiency and scalability.
• Identify engineering talent bottlenecks, competitive offers, and other hiring risks, then develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience with complex technical portfolios.
• Proven experience hiring advanced software and hardware engineers.
• Strong understanding of technical terminology, modern tech stacks, cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, and technical sourcing methods.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, closing, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating technical interview panels or mentoring junior recruiters, with strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
