What you will do
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer management.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and proactive outreach strategies.
- Conduct initial candidate screens to assess role fit, motivation, and communication.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate feedback collection between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and data integrity within the ATS.
- Contribute to recruiting projects, employer branding, and process improvements.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, or coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, and ATS tools.
- Proactive, learning-oriented mindset with openness to feedback.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably.
