Solutions Architect (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own the technical relationship for key mid-market and scaled accounts, partnering with customer product, engineering, and account management teams.
• Drive customer onboarding and implementation from scoping and integration design through architecture review and production launch.
• Monitor account health, usage patterns, and technical metrics while coordinating rapid resolution of reliability and performance issues.
• Advise customers on hirify.global APIs, data products, verification workflows, and scalable integrations for compliance and risk-sensitive environments.
• Investigate complex issues through logs, payloads, and data workflows, partnering with Support and Engineering on durable fixes.
• Represent customer feedback internally and create documentation, implementation guides, runbooks, and reusable enablement assets.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Customer Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or Forward Deployed Engineer.
• Experience supporting B2B SaaS products with API-first or data-centric integrations.
• Strong familiarity with APIs, data workflows, and SQL, including debugging requests and responses and exploring data.
• Experience with mid-market and enterprise customers, ideally in fintech, financial services, or other regulated industries.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of accounts, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect technical details to business impact.

• Familiarity with identity verification, fraud, compliance, or onboarding workflows in banking, fintech, or insurance.
• Early-stage startup experience with documentation, cross-team enablement, and customer education.
