Technical Solutions Architect (AI)

Location: New York, United States. Work arrangement: On-site.

Salary: $180K–$250K per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Design and drive end-to-end solutions for enterprise customers, from scoping integrations through successful deployment.
• Coordinate engineering, product, clinical, and customer-facing teams across enterprise integrations and deployments.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers early, and drive their resolution.
• Manage engineering planning cadence, track progress, and maintain clear priorities.
• Work with enterprise technical teams to architect integrations, define requirements, and scope timelines.
• Coordinate incident response and postmortem follow-through while scaling deployment processes, tooling, and playbooks.

Requirements

• Experience owning complex technical programs end-to-end, including enterprise solution scoping, cross-functional coordination, and delivery.
• Technical understanding sufficient to read system design documents, understand deployment pipelines, and participate in postmortems.
• Experience may come from technical program management, solutions architecture, or technical deployment roles at a scale-up, large technology company, or high-growth startup.
• Understanding of distributed systems, API integrations, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise deployment patterns.
• Familiarity with Python, Go, TypeScript, React, AWS, Nix, and CDKTF is valuable for the role.
