Resident Solution Architect (US)

Location: Columbus, OH; hybrid workplace in the US. Candidates based in or near Columbus or the Washington, DC metro area are strongly encouraged to apply.

On-target earnings: $170,500–$203,500 USD annually. Base salary: $155,000–$185,000 USD annually. Additional compensation such as commission, variable pay, or equity may apply.

What you will do

• Lead customer onboarding, configuration, and deployment of hirify.global across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Architect and implement secure, scalable data access and governance solutions for complex enterprise environments.
• Configure integrations with Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, data catalogs, and identity management tools.
• Act as a technical advisor to data platform, security, and compliance stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Develop proofs of concept, reference architectures, implementation guides, and technical enablement materials.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Product, and Engineering to drive customer outcomes and product improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions architecture, or data engineering in SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud data architectures, governance frameworks, and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, AWS, Azure, and GCP, including data catalog and identity management tools.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proactive, customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work through changing priorities.
