Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location: Denver, United States; hybrid role with at least 50% of working time in the Denver office, including the first 60 days fully in-office

Salary: $95,000–$115,000 base salary per year plus equity

What you will do

• Lead multiple concurrent enterprise engagements from discovery and kickoff through adoption, expansion, and measurable outcomes.
• Conduct customer discovery, qualification, technical demonstrations, proof-of-value workshops, and technical evaluations.
• Architect and implement API integrations across client systems and third-party tools, including proof-of-concept integrations.
• Maintain customer sandbox environments, establish product best practices, and track adoption, usage, and workflow-impact metrics.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues, resolve technical blockers, and serve as the senior escalation point.
• Represent customer needs internally and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success on roadmap and delivery decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or technical delivery.
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder deployments in financial services or other regulated industries.
• Strong API and systems integration experience, including reading logs, troubleshooting integrations, and writing code.
• Ability to build trust with engineers, executives, and non-technical stakeholders through clear communication.
• Strong organization, adaptability, ownership, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Must report to the Denver office at least 50% of working time; the first 60 days are fully in-office.

Nice to have

• Experience with compliance-sensitive or financial-services workflows.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript or Python.
• Experience integrating Salesforce, Office 365, virtual meeting platforms, VoIP systems, or BI tools.
