Team Lead Product (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers and Medical Product Managers.
• Own an integrated roadmap across assigned platform modules and define the vision for intelligent patient care.
• Ensure consistency in functionality and user experience across integrated modules.
• Establish discovery, specification, review, quality-gate, and release processes that translate clinical and regulatory inputs into high-quality product artefacts.
• Align with Engineering, Design, and Project teams on delivery, handovers, release planning, product launches, and enablement.

Requirements

• Degree in a STEM field, Medical Informatics, Health Sciences, or Medicine.
• At least 5 years of product management experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS or platform environment.
• At least 2 years of disciplinary leadership experience managing a team of more than four people.
• Experience building and scaling teams, defining roles and processes, and developing a culture of trust and ambition.
• Ability to incorporate subject-matter expertise, break down complexity into manageable workstreams, and support junior team members.
• Strong command of English and availability to work on-site in Munich, Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, MedTech, or clinical software.
• Knowledge of clinical workflows and documentation requirements.
