AI Product Manager

Location: Berlin, on-site five days a week

Compensation: €100K–€130K annually plus equity

hirify.global is an AI search visibility platform that helps marketing teams measure, understand, and improve how brands appear in AI-generated answers.

What you will do

• Take new product areas from concept to launch, owning the full problem-solving process.
• Define how brands should appear inside AI search and shape an emerging product category.
• Conduct broad problem discovery before narrowing down solutions.
• Partner with Data, Engineering, and Design to build and launch AI-native features at scale.
• Set the standard for the product's user experience and visual quality.
• Own customer interactions for the product area, including discovery calls, onboarding, and product usage feedback.

Requirements

• Experience building excellent software products, ideally in a startup or fast-moving company.
• Demonstrated experience creating and shipping new products rather than only improving existing ones.
• Experience shipping AI-powered products and systems that operate at scale.
• Strong design judgment and enough technical depth to work as a peer with engineers and data scientists.
• Experience in a product-led growth environment and the ability to operate independently in ambiguous areas.
• Willingness to work from the Berlin office five days a week.

Nice to have

• Design background or a portfolio of self-designed work.
• Previous founder experience.
• Computer Science or another technical degree.
• Experience building AI-driven or search-related products.
