Head of Product - AI (Agentic AI): Owning the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for AI-powered autonomous Workforce Management features with an accent on enterprise customer discovery, measurable outcomes, and responsible AI requirements. Focus on translating LLM, agent architecture, RAG, and orchestration capabilities into compliant products, aligning senior stakeholders, and developing pricing and monetization models.
Location: München, with hybrid options and remote work within the EU.

What you will do
- Own the product vision and multi-horizon roadmap for agentic AI features across the Workforce Management platform.
- Lead enterprise customer discovery through interviews, job shadowing, surveys, and pilot feedback.
- Translate customer insights into prioritised backlogs, measurable outcomes, and validated product opportunities.
- Coordinate engineering, UX, legal, sales, customer success, and executive stakeholders across discovery, delivery, and launch.
- Define acceptance criteria and launch-readiness gates covering safety, hallucination mitigation, escalation handling, compliance, privacy, and auditability.
- Develop monetization, packaging, and pricing approaches for agentic AI features and monitor post-launch commercial performance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience, including at least 2 years delivering AI or ML-powered features to enterprise customers.
- Experience leading structured customer discovery programmes and shipping measurable product improvements.
- Experience managing multi-horizon roadmaps in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong command of agile delivery and modern product management frameworks.
- Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, agent architectures, RAG, tool use, and orchestration from a product leadership perspective.
Nice to have
- Experience in Workforce Management, HR tech, or enterprise scheduling software.
- Experience with multi-step task agents, human-in-the-loop escalation, or autonomous workflow orchestration.
- Familiarity with the EU AI Act and GDPR implications for enterprise AI products.
- Experience in a public B2B SaaS company or scale-up with enterprise sales motions.
