Senior Product Manager, Rx eCommerce (AI)

Location: Remote, based in Germany, with occasional on-site collaboration at offices in Berlin or Cologne. Up to 20 work-from-home days per year may be taken anywhere in the EU.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end digital prescription journey, from prescription capture and health insurance card scanning through checkout and order confirmation.
• Drive product strategy using customer insights, product analytics, experimentation, and A/B testing.
• Improve conversion, customer satisfaction, Rx order growth, and sustainable business performance.
• Identify opportunities for AI, personalisation, and intelligent recommendations in digital healthcare.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, Pharmacy, Legal, Commercial, and Data teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions.
• Translate business goals and customer feedback into a measurable product roadmap.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience delivering customer-facing digital products in eCommerce, marketplaces, or consumer technology.
• Proven commercial impact and experience working in complex, regulated environments.
• Strong experience with product analytics, experimentation, A/B testing, and conversion optimisation.
• Practical experience using AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Codex, or similar technologies for discovery, prototyping, and delivery.
• Ability to work remotely from Germany and attend occasional on-site collaboration in Berlin or Cologne.

• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or another regulated industry.
