What you will do

• Set the vision and multi-year strategy for Insights, the personalised health layer powering proactive patient care.
• Define product priorities and deliver features across weight, body composition, progress photos, nutrition, sleep, and related patient data.
• Take products from concept to measurable impact across Juniper’s international markets.
• Manage, coach, and grow product managers while raising product craft standards across the organisation.
• Own engagement, retention, patient-outcome, company OKR, and P&L-level outcomes.
• Collaborate with commercial, clinical, design, data science, engineering, and global stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management.
• Track record of shipping products that achieved measurable user and commercial outcomes.
• Strong first-principles problem-solving skills and comfort leading ambiguous, high-impact initiatives.
• Commercial and analytical rigour, including the ability to connect product decisions with P&L outcomes.
• Strong product sense, user empathy, judgement, communication, and influence without formal authority.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing product teams.
