AI Product Manager

Location: On-site in Munich or Warsaw

What you will do

• Own product surfaces end to end, including onboarding, integrations, the agent experience, and web, desktop, and mobile applications.
• Turn user problems into specifications, shipped features, and iterative improvements.
• Conduct continuous user discovery and identify unmet needs, friction points, and product opportunities.
• Prioritize features ruthlessly and own detailed product decisions, including user flows, microcopy, and pricing-card logic.
• Work closely with founders, engineering, and design to ship product improvements weekly.
• Define how working with an AI employee should feel as the new category develops.

Requirements

• Experience as a product manager on a product people love, or as a founder who handled product management directly.
• Experience shipping products end to end with engineering and design, with visible impact on users.
• Strong user discovery and feature prioritization skills.
• Strong product taste and the ability to explain why a user flow or experience works.
• Experience building like a founder and taking ownership without layers of management.
• Must work on-site in Munich or Warsaw.

• Experience founding a company or working on AI products.
• Opinions about what makes an AI agent feel trustworthy.
• End-to-end ownership of pricing and packaging.
• Experience partnering closely with founders who are deeply involved in product.
