Full-Time, Licensed Clinical Therapists

Location: Hybrid role based at 3000 Marcus Avenue, Suite 3E01, Lake Success, NY 11042, with onsite and virtual care

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 annually

hirify.global is a therapy and psychiatry practice providing pediatric, teen, and parental mental health care through virtual and in-person outpatient services.

What you will do

• Provide comprehensive care to children and adolescents up to age 18 through ongoing individual and group therapy.
• Develop care plans and use evidence-based interventions and measurement-based care practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in peer consultation.
• Provide both onsite and virtual care during peak hours from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
• Participate in community engagement and outreach opportunities.
• Engage in continuous professional development and maintain current clinical knowledge.

Requirements

• Unrestricted LCSW, LMHC-D, or LMFT-D licensure with at least 3,000 supervised hours completed.
• Demonstrated proficiency and direct experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
• Completion of NCE, NCMHCE, AMFTRB, or ASWB national examination.
• Extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral issues, trauma, and similar concerns.
• Knowledge of current clinical research and commitment to ethical standards of care.
• Availability for 40 hours per week and hirify.global peak hours from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Nice to have

• Specialized experience or certification in Exposure and Response Prevention or Parent Management Training.
• Experience supervising pre-licensed providers.
• Background in or passion for providing pediatric mental health care.
• Availability to provide care on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
