Child and Adolescent Therapist VA License - LCSW, LPC, LMFT

Location: Remote, must be independently licensed in Virginia; availability required after 4pm ET on weekdays and/or weekends.

Salary: $45,000 base salary for a 20-hour part-time schedule; total earning potential up to $95,000+ annually. Additional clients are paid at $70 per clinical session.

What you will do

• Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2–26.
• Build therapeutic relationships and establish trusting rapport with patients and families.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing patient assessments.
• Participate in clinical consultation and collaborate with other specialty providers.
• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation and patient records.
• Involve and advise family members or outside specialists when appropriate.

Requirements

• Independent Virginia licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW is required.
• At least one year of experience providing direct individual therapy to children and adolescents.
• At least one year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting.
• Experience with evidence-based practices, clinical judgment, communication, and documentation.
• Technical proficiency with Google Suite, EMR systems, and virtual platforms.
• Availability after 4pm ET on weekdays and/or weekends is required.
